Ayesha was referred to me by a former co worker. I have to say that without Ayesha's help I would have never been able to purchase my house. We looked for months and trying to find a place that was the right price and location. Ayesha was very understanding and worked with me even with my rotating days off and graveyard shift. As first time home buyers., the process was overwhelming and confusing. Where to begin? I interviewed several real estate agents, and when I met Ayesha through word of mouth, the way she explained the process to me, it made sense. She patiently answered our questions and listened to our needs for a home while narrowing down to the nitty gritty- price range, location, mortgage procedure, offers, contracts, escrow, home inspection, etc., etc. Throughout the process, she is patient, communicative, knowledgeable and effective. Through a mutual friend, as I was thinking about looking at condos, but did not have a clue where to start.
